How much does eWebinar cost in 2026?

eWebinar starts at $79/mo annual — but that buys exactly one published webinar. What each tier really costs, and the point where EverWebinar wins.

How much does eWebinar cost in 2026?

eWebinar costs $79/mo on annual billing — $948 a year — and that is the number most comparison posts stop at. It is also the number that will mislead you, because eWebinar does not price by attendees, seats or minutes like almost everything else in the category. It prices by how many webinars you have published, and the entry plan allows exactly one.

That single design decision is the whole story of eWebinar’s cost. Get it right and eWebinar is the cheapest serious automated-webinar tool you can buy. Get it wrong and you are paying nearly double what a competitor charges for the same output.

All pricing below comes from each platform’s listed plans; verify current pricing on the vendor’s site before you commit.

What eWebinar costs, tier by tier

PlanAnnual billingMonthly billingPublished webinarsPer year (annual)
Starter$79/mo$99/mo1$948
Growth$159/mo$199/mo5$1,908
Scale$239/mo$299/moUnlimited$2,868

There is no free plan. The trial is 14 days, and unlimited team members are included on every tier — including Starter, which is unusual and genuinely valuable if more than one person needs access.

Note the shape of that table. Going from one webinar to two doubles your bill. There is no in-between tier, so the second webinar you publish is the single most expensive webinar you will ever create: it costs $80/mo on annual billing, or $960 a year, all by itself.

The comparison that actually decides it

eWebinar’s only true like-for-like competitor is EverWebinar, which does the same job — evergreen, automated, no live sessions — but charges a flat fee for an unlimited feature set at $99/mo billed annually, or $1,188 a year.

Webinars you publisheWebinar (annual)EverWebinar (annual)Cheaper
1$948/yr$1,188/yreWebinar, by $240
2–5$1,908/yr$1,188/yrEverWebinar, by $720
6+$2,868/yr$1,188/yrEverWebinar, by $1,680

So the honest answer to “how much does eWebinar cost” is: $240/yr less than EverWebinar if you publish one webinar, and $720–$1,680/yr more if you publish more than one.

If you know today that you will run a single evergreen demo or onboarding session and nothing else, eWebinar is the cheaper buy and the better product. The moment a second funnel, a second product or a second language enters the plan, the maths inverts hard. EverWebinar also offers a 2-year plan at $79/mo ($1,896 billed every two years), which widens the gap further for anyone committing long term.

The thing that is not on the pricing page

eWebinar has no live webinar support at all. Not a limited version, not a lower-tier restriction — the product does not do live.

This matters more than the price for a lot of buyers. If any part of your plan involves a launch event, a live Q&A, or a workshop you host in real time, eWebinar cannot be your only webinar tool, and the real cost of choosing it is $948/yr plus whatever you spend on a live platform alongside it. At that point you are usually better off with one tool that does both.

Demio is the obvious candidate: $45/mo on annual billing ($63 monthly) for 50 attendees and a single host, rising to $80/mo annual per host for 150+ attendees. It runs live and automated sessions, so a Demio Starter subscription at $540/yr replaces both halves of that split stack for less than eWebinar’s entry plan alone. Demio also carries the higher user rating of the two — 4.6 on G2 against eWebinar’s 4.1.

Cheaper ways to get an automated webinar

If the goal is simply “a recorded session that runs on a schedule and collects registrations”, you can spend a great deal less:

  • Zoho Webinar has a genuine free tier — 100 attendees with a 60-minute cap — and its Standard plan is $18/mo on annual billing. If you live in the Zoho ecosystem this is very hard to beat.
  • Livestorm offers a free plan capped at roughly 10 attendees and 20-minute sessions, which is enough to test a format before paying anything. Its Pro plan is $99/mo annual and bills per attendee credit, so cost tracks turnout rather than seats.
  • Demio at $45/mo annual, as above, if you want live and automated in one place.

The trade-off is real: none of these match eWebinar’s interaction layer. eWebinar’s whole pitch is that a recording feels live — chat with live takeover, timed polls, in-session offers and just-in-time scheduling so a visitor never waits more than a few minutes to start. If that experience is what converts your audience, the premium is defensible. If you just need a video to play on a timer, you are buying a lot of engineering you will not use.

So, is the price fair?

For one automated webinar, yes — $79/mo annual with unlimited team seats and best-in-class interactivity is a fair deal, and cheaper than the closest equivalent.

For a library of webinars, no. The per-webinar model is the most expensive way to scale in this category, and the $1,908/yr Growth tier buys you five webinars where EverWebinar’s $1,188 buys unlimited. Pricing by published webinar is great for eWebinar’s revenue and poor for anyone whose content library grows, which is most people after year one.

The deciding question is not “what does it cost” but “how many webinars will I have running twelve months from now?” If the answer is one, buy eWebinar. If the answer is “I hope several”, price EverWebinar or Demio now and save yourself a migration.
